Traces
Inspired by Kennal Vale, a woodland in Cornwall built over the remains of a gunpowder mill, this collection explores what industrial sites leave behind: in the landscape, in the material, and in the making.
Working across ceramics, metalwork, and weaving, the pieces sit with disrepair rather than resolving it, finding in rust, erosion, and rough surface not something to be corrected, but something worth looking at.
