Work

Mundic

Slab-built terracotta. The exterior carries the look of something spent,  burnt, encrusted, left behind.

Inside, the surface turns smooth and
copper-warm, a deliberate contrast that sits at the centre of this work: the relationship between damage and care, between what appears wrecked and what is quietly preserved.

‘Mundic’, 2025, Terracotta clay, grog, honey glaze, copper oxide, golden glaze, approx. 42 × 21 × 35 cm ,
